Barn Rules & Safety
Assumption of Risk: Riding and being around horses involves inherent risks. By choosing to participate in activities
at Oak Creek Training Stables (OCTS), you accept these risks.
Horsemanship: Good horsemanship and proper safety precautions must be followed at all times when handling horses.
Helmets: Riders must wear helmets while mounted and should never ride alone.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Supervision of Minors: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No Pets: To ensure the safety of all animals and guests, pets are not allowed.
Hours of Operation: The barn is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you need to be here earlier or later, please
make prior arrangements with Carmela and/or the Beauchamps.
Website Use & Security
- You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor attempt to interfere with its operation.
- Any attempt to introduce malicious code, viruses, or unauthorized data collection is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services for any behavior deemed harmful, unlawful, or disruptive.
Photos & Social Media
We occasionally share photos from the barn, lessons, and events on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be
featured, please let us know.
Liability & Compliance
- We are not responsible for injuries, lost items, unforeseen incidents, or acts of nature on-site.
- Visitors must respect all barn rules and conduct themselves safely around horses and other guests.
- All riders must have a signed waiver on-file before mounting a horse.
